HOPE Expands Loan Program to Empower More Women
Acres Of Hope Campus, GSA Road, Paynesville City, Montserrado CCounty, Liberia. June 20-21, 2025.
HOPE has launched its second major loan initiative, doubling the loan amount from 30,000 Liberian dollars to 60,000 Liberian dollars. In addition, the program has grown to include five new beneficiaries, each receiving a starting loan of 30,000 Liberian dollars. This expansion reflects HOPE’s commitment to supporting women in growing their businesses and improving their financial well-being—especially during these challenging economic times in Liberia.
But HOPE’s mission goes beyond meeting physical needs. We also focus on spiritual growth. During this loan cycle, we invited Pastor T. Mark Ellis and Pastor Steven Manuel to lead a two-day workshop aimed at deepening the participants’ faith and understanding of Jesus Christ. These sessions were both inspirational and educational, enhancing the women’s business knowledge while strengthening their relationship with Christ.
This initiative has been a meaningful milestone for HOPE and a powerful step forward for our beneficiaries—economically, personally, and spiritually.
